Why we publish every price
Ask most LMS agencies what a Moodle™ migration costs and you'll get a discovery call, a slide deck, and a quote that arrives days later "once we've scoped your needs." We think that ritual is mostly theater. You're an adult with a budget; you should be able to read a number on a website.
Buyers tell survey after survey that pricing transparency is the first thing they look for in a technical vendor, and honestly, so do we when we're the ones buying. Hidden pricing isn't sophistication — it's a way to charge each customer whatever the salesperson thinks they'll tolerate. We'd rather publish the number, let you compare it against the $2,000–$8,000 agencies typically quote for the same migration, and win the work on the engineering.
One caveat, stated plainly: very large or unusual projects (multi-instance sites, 10,000+ users, heavily forked code) genuinely do need scoping. Everything else on this page is the real price.

Migration pricing — in or out of Moodle
Blackboard, Canvas, MoodleCloud, Brightspace, self-hosted Moodle — any direction. Every migration, at every size, includes our zero-data-loss guarantee: full grade history preserved (yes, including mdl_grade_grades_history, the table most shops quietly skip because it's tedious), a byte-for-byte row-count verification report you can hand to your registrar, and 30 days of post-move support. If we missed anything, we fix it free.

Completions not recording, scores stuck at zero, cmi.core.lesson_status never flipping to "completed" — this is diagnosable, repairable work, and we price it flat so a broken course doesn't turn into an open-ended hourly bill.

"Verified" means we run the fixed package in SCORM Cloud and confirm the runtime data — status, score, suspend data — lands correctly, then re-test it in your LMS against mdl_scorm_scoes_track. If the fault turns out to be your LMS configuration rather than the package, we tell you that and fix the config instead; the price doesn't change. Why these prices are lower than the market
Not because the work is worth less. Because we're earning our first public Nashville testimonials, and a reference from a school or training company we can name is worth more to us right now than the margin we're leaving on the table.
That has a predictable consequence: as the calendar fills, these numbers go up. Anything you book at today's price is locked at today's price — including hosting renewal rates for your first 12 months. That's the whole pitch. No countdown timers, no "only 2 slots left" banners. Just the ordinary economics of a firm that's new to publishing prices and won't stay cheap once it has a track record.

Questions people actually ask us
What makes a migration "small"?
Up to 200 active users, a single Moodle instance, standard core plugins, and a normal-sized course archive. Grade history is included at every size — we migrate mdl_grade_grades_history whether your site is small or not. Over 200 users, or running heavily customized plugins? You're likely in the $2,500–$4,500 band, and we'll confirm which during the free review before you commit to anything.
What happens if the scope grows mid-project?
Nothing changes without a written change order you approve first. The fixed price covers the scope in the statement of work. If we discover something new mid-flight — an undocumented plugin, a second grade book, a forked core file — we pause, price the addition separately, and you decide. And if it's something we should have caught in the risk review, we eat the cost. That's what the review is for.
What are your payment terms?
Projects bill 50/50: half to schedule the work, the balance after you've reviewed the verification report and signed off. Hosting and care plans bill monthly, no contract, cancel any month.
Will these prices go up?
Probably, yes. We're priced to earn our first public testimonials, and project minimums will rise as the calendar fills. Anything booked now is locked at today's rate, and hosting renewals are locked for your first 12 months. We won't pretend there's a deadline — there isn't one — but the direction is up, not down.
Do you charge for the initial review?
No. The 20-minute migration risk review is free and useful on its own: you leave with a written list of the riskiest tables, plugins, and version constraints in your migration — for instance, whether your Moodle version is past its December 2025 security end-of-life — whether or not you hire us.
Is the hosting really no-contract?
Yes. Month to month, and migration in is free. If you ever leave, we export your complete site — database and moodledata — and hand it to you or your next host. Leaving has to be as easy as arriving, or "no contract" is just marketing.
